People v. Mason, No. 04PDJ021. August 19, 2004. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent Robert J. Mason, attorney registration number 04324, from the practice of law in the State of Colorado, effective June 1, 2004 for five additional months, until November 1, 2004. While under a prior suspension, Respondent violated Colo. RPC 3.3(a)(1) (making a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal) in connection with two court cases by signing the name of another lawyer on forms without that attorney’s permission. Respondent was ordered to pay costs in this proceeding.
