People v. McGannon, No. 99PDJ050, 7/15/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct suspending respondent, Terrance Thomas McGannon, from the practice of law for six months with the full six months stayed followed by two years probation with certain conditions. Respondent violated the criminal laws of the State of Colorado and failed to report the convictions to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel in violation of Colo. RPC 8.4(b) and prior C.R.C.P 241.6. Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
