The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Terry T. McGannon (Attorney Registration Number 15366), effective December 13, 2011. McGannon pled guilty to driving while ability impaired. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
