Marshall from the practice of law for ninety days, with the full period of suspension stayed on the condition that the respondent be placed on probation for two years, subject to certain conditions. Respondent failed to honor the terms of a child support agreement in violation of Colo. RPC 8.4(d) and Colo. RPC 3.4(c). Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the proceeding.
