People v. Lufman. 06PDJ102. August 29, 2007. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Tyrone Lewis Lufman (Attorney Registration No. 29580) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all but thirty days stayed, effective October 15, 2007. On November 5, 2005, an altercation occurred between Respondent and his ex-spouse who suffered bodily injuries including a cut to her face and a cut to her lip, both of which required stitches. In May 2006, Respondent pled guilty to third degree assault, a Class 1 misdemeanor, in violation of C.R.S. ยง18-3-204. He thereafter successfully completed all of the conditions of his one-year deferred judgment and the case was dismissed in May 2007. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
