The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Tyrone Lewis Lufman (Attorney Registration No. 29580) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all but thirty days stayed, effective October 15, 2007. On November 5, 2005, an altercation occurred between Respondent and his ex-spouse who suffered bodily injuries including a cut to her face and a cut to her lip, both of which required stitches.
