People v. Jay. 09PDJ039. May 11, 2009. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Stuart Adam Jay (Attorney Registration No. 34622) effective May 11, 2009. On November 13, 2008, Respondent pled guilty to driving while ability impaired in violation of C.R.S. §42-4-1301(1)(b). The county court thereafter sentenced him to a 12-month period of probation and ordered him to pay fees and costs. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b) and C.R.C.P. 251.5(b).
