People v. Isaac. 06PDJ087. October 16, 2007. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Lance Eldon Isaac (Attorney Registration No. 22918), from the practice of law for a period of ninety days, all but thirty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective November 16, 2007. Respondent neglected two client matters, delaying the resolution of those matters, and resulting in a delay of the judicial proceedings and potential injury to both clients. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3 and 8.4(d).
