People v. Hohertz, No. 99PDJ101, 10/18/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Robert Melvin Hohertz, for a period of ninety days subject to certain conditions, for violating Colo. RPC 251.5(b) and Colo. RPC 8.4(b) based on one count of false imprisonment. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the proceeding.
