The Presiding Disciplinary Judge entered default and imposed reciprocal discipline, disbarring Jessica Lee Hoff (attorney registration number 37332). Hoff’s disbarment took effect on April 27, 2023.
In May 2022, the State Bar of Texas disbarred Hoff for engaging in professional misconduct. The discipline took effect on May 23, 2022. Hoff did not alert Colorado disciplinary authorities about her Texas disbarment.
Through this conduct, Hoff engaged in conduct constituting grounds for reciprocal discipline under C.R.C.P. 242.21, which calls for imposition of the same discipline as that imposed in Texas.
