People v. Hammond, No. 99PDJ080, 9/22/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended the Respondent, Andrea L. Hammond from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day for violating C.R.C.P. 251.5(b) and Colo. RPC 8.4(b) by contacting a party despite conditions of bail and a restraining order prohibiting such contact, committing harassment and trespass. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the proceeding.
