People v. Glenn H. Haese. 13PDJ087. May 23, 2014. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge disbarred Glenn H. Haese (Attorney Registration Number 13263). The disbarment took effect May 26, 2014.

The Supreme Court of Massachusetts disbarred Haese for failing to keep trust funds separate, negligently misusing funds to which his clients were entitled, making misrepresentations to his clients regarding those funds, intentionally converting a client’s funds for his own use, converting funds he had recovered for another law firm, converting funds owed to another attorney, signing another attorney’s name to a settlement check without authority, and engaging in dishonest conduct, among other misconduct. The Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel sought the same discipline as that imposed by the Supreme Court of Massachusetts, and Haese challenged the order imposed by the Supreme Court of Massachusetts.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge concluded in an order granting summary judgment that Haese’s misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of reciprocal discipline in Colorado pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.21(e).
