People v. Garcia. 09PDJ058. February 3, 2010. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Richard D. Garcia (Attorney Registration No. 18126) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all but thirty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective April 30, 2010. Respondent failed to secure work authorization permits for his clients over a period of approximately two years.
