People v. Fisher. 10PDJ056. May 25, 2010. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Robert Scott Fisher (Attorney Registration No. 14996) effective May 25, 2010. On July 27, 2009, Respondent filed a civil lawsuit against a witness who had given testimony in a disciplinary proceeding against Respondent in violation of C.R.C.P. 251.32(e). Respondent dismissed the complaint with prejudice upon receiving a letter from the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel concerning the filing and service of the complaint. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.1 and 8.4(d) as well as C.R.C.P. 251.5(c).
