People v. Essling. 07PDJ087 (consolidated with 08PDJ024). September 4, 2008. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Timothy J. Essling (Attorney Registration No. 12785) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, all but six months stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective September 9, 2008. Respondent neglected three client matters and failed to adequately communicate with one of his clients. He also knowingly disobeyed his obligation under General Order 2005-01 to register for the Electronic Case Filing Procedures for the United States District Court, District of Colorado. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a) and 3.4(c).
