People v. Eddings. 11PDJ020. March 15, 2011. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended attorney Charles F. Eddings (Attorney Registration No. 26487) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, all but sixty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two year period of probation with conditions, effective April 15, 2011. Respondent knowingly violated his duties by repeatedly failing to comply with court orders ordering him to pay child support and attorney fees. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c) and 8.4(d).
