The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Daniel Sean Duggan (Attorney Registration No. 17790) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, all but thirty days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation, effective October 1, 2010. Respondent knowingly failed to complete his client’s tax returns for almost one year and failed to keep her reasonably informed about the status of her legal matter. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3 and 1.4.
