People v. Dieters, No. GC98C105, 7/16/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended respondent, Dirk Tinglan Dieters, from the practice of law until March 1, 2002. Respondent knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal, failed to respond to a bench warrant for his arrest, and failed to take any action to satisfy a judgment or properly respond to Rule 69 interrogatories in violation of Colo. RPC 3.4(c), Colo. RPC 8.4(d) and Colo. RPC 8.4(h). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
