People v. Crossman. 10PDJ091. January 25, 2011. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended William V. Crossman, Jr. (Attorney Registration No. 01702) from the practice of law for a period of six months, with the condition of reinstatement proceedings pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(c)-(e), effective February 25, 2011. Respondent knowingly failed to diligently represent or communicate with several clients and failed to provide adequate accountings of their advanced fees. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.1, 1.3, 1.4(a)(3) and (4), 1.5(b), 1.5(f), and 1.15(b) and (c).
