People v. Coffin, No. GC98A93, 8/24/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended respondent, Kristi J. Coffin, from the practice of law for a period of two years subject to certain conditions. Respondent made misrepresentations to the court as to the amount of her wages during the course of a traverse hearing on wage garnishment arising from a judgment against respondent in violation of Colo. RPC 3.3(a)(1), Colo. RPC 8.4(c), and Colo. RPC 8.4(d). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
