People v. Carucci, No. 99PDJ062, 8/13/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended respondent, Roderic A. Carucci, from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, subject to certain conditions in this reciprocal discipline action in which the respondent was subject to a final adjudication in the State of Nevada arising from his having created duplicate false returns in which he grossly overstated his income for the years 1992 and 1993, and submitting the returns to a lender in order to secure a loan for the purchase of a yacht. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
