People v. Clark. 09PDJ078. September 9, 2009. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Glen B. Clark, Jr. (Attorney Registration No. 01473) from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective September 9, 2009. In June 2009, Respondent entered a plea of guilty to one count of second degree “Possession of a Forged Instrument,” a class two misdemeanor, after he knowingly submitted a parking easement to the Town of Parker, allegedly executed by both parties. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b), 8.4(c) and C.R.C.P. 251.5(b).
