People v. Cain. 12PDJ052. September 6, 2012. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred Robert C. Cain (Attorney Registration Number 33758). Cain knowingly converted over $55,000.00 of client funds, and he knowingly continued to practice law after his law license had been suspended. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.4(a)(3) and (5), 1.4(b), 3.3(a)(1), 3.4(c), 5.5, 8.4(c), and 1.15(a) and (b).
