The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a stipulation and agreement to reinstatement pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(j) and reinstated Stuart Adam Jay (Attorney Registration Number 34622) to the practice of law. Following his reinstatement, Jay must adhere to certain conditions for three years, including abstinence from illegal drugs and alcohol, random ethyl glucuronide (“EtG”) testing and reporting, and regular attendance at Alcohol Anonymous meetings. If Jay reports a positive EtG test, he agrees to his immediate transfer to disability inactive status. The reinstatement was effective January 28, 2015. No opinion was issued.
