People v. Boyer, No. 99PDJ064, 7/16/99. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and disbarred respondent, Fred Yancy Boyer, for practicing law while his license was suspended in violation of Colo. RPC 5.5(a), Colo. RPC 8.4(d), and Colo. RPC 8.4(g). As a condition of readmission, Respondent was ordered to satisfy any judgment against him and comply with the terms of any settlement agreements arising out of litigation relating to the client he represented while his license to practice law was suspended. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
