People v. Zink. 10PDJ026. March 26, 2010. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred James M. Zink (Attorney Registration No. 13044) from the practice of law, effective March 26, 2010. On December 23, 2009, Respondent pled guilty to possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance, in violation of C.R.S. ยง18-18-405(1), (2)(a)(I)(A), a class 3 felony. He was also convicted of resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer, and for driving while ability impaired in 2007, which he failed to report to the People. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b), 3.4(c), and C.R.C.P. 251.20(b).
