People v. West. 11PDJ055. July 12, 2011. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and extended Carl S. West’s (Attorney Registration Number 23435) probation in case number 09PDJ005 for one year, with conditions, effective October 7, 2012. Respondent pled guilty to driving while ability impaired in violation of C.R.S. § 42-4-130(1)(b). Respondent’s misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5(a)-(b) and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
