The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent Stuart George Barr from the practice of law for three years, with the full term of the suspension stayed during a three-year probationary period, subject to certain conditions. The respondent failed to honor the terms of a child support agreement, in violation of Colo. RPC 8.4(a), Colo. RPC 8.4(d), and Colo. RPC 8.4(h). The respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
