People v. Thoms. 07PDJ063. December 10, 2007. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended William E. Thoms (Attorney Registration No. 25119) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective December 10, 2007. While suspended from the practice of law, Respondent provided legal representation to a client involved in a criminal investigation. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c), 5.5(a), and 8.4(c) and C.R.C.P. 251.5(b).
