People v. Tenbrink. 06PDJ051. July 21, 2006. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Respondent Cory Burton Tenbrink (Attorney Registration No. 28100) from the practice of law for a period of one-year and one-day, with conditions, effective August 21, 2006. In particular, Respondent shall make restitution to two of his clients and shall be required to petition for reinstatement. These proceedings involve six client matters. In each case, Respondent’s misconduct delayed the resolution of legal matters entrusted to him by his clients. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a), 1.4(b), 1.7(b), 1.15(b), 1.15(c), 1.16(a), 3.4(c), and 8.1(b).
