People v. Soliz. 08PDJ099. November 4, 2008. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Chad Christopher Soliz (Attorney Registration No. 31327) from the practice of law for a period of six months, with the requirement of reinstatement proceedings pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(c)-(e), effective December 5, 2008. Respondent knowingly neglected a legal matter, recklessly failed to transfer unearned fees into his COLTAF account, and knowingly failed to provide an accounting to his client. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.15(a)(b) and (c).
