People v. Serra. 11PDJ079. December 14, 2011. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred Myrl Serra (Attorney Registration Number 29959) from the practice of law, effective December 14, 2011. Serra was convicted of violation of bail bond conditions, violation of a protection order, and harassment. Serra also pled guilty to criminal extortion and unlawful sexual contact. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated C.R.C.P. 251.5(b) and Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
