The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Larry Douglas Sather, from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day. Respondent failed to remain current on his child support obligations and failed to pay court-awarded attorney’s fees. Respondent failed to pay an amount due to an individual with whom he contracted to serve subpoenas on his behalf. Respondent negligently misrepresented his income to the bankruptcy court and domestic relations court. Respondent’s conduct violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c) by knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal, Colo. RPC8.4(c) by engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, and Colo. RPC 8.4(d) by engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the proceeding.
