The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Jerald S. Barber (Attorney Registration No. 21307), effective October 15, 2010. On April 30, 2010, the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee reprimanded Respondent for unilaterally modifying the terms of a fee agreement with his client without providing written notice at the time of the modification or within a reasonable time thereafter. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of reciprocal discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.21(a) and violated Colo. RPC 1.5(b).
