Respondent borrowed a total sum of $149,303.94 from his client without providing any of the disclosures required by Colo. RPC 1.8(a) and then defaulted on the loan. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.8(a).
