People v. Price. 09PDJ025. March 26, 2010. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended George Case Price (Attorney Registration No. 10652) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective May 31, 2010. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(c), and 1.15(b), and 3.1.
