People v. Randolph, No. 03PDJ110. 12/30/03. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, James C. Randolph, attorney registration number 28084 from the practice of law for a period of sixty days, all stayed upon completion of a one year period of probation subject to conditions. Respondent assisted a non-lawyer in the unauthorized practice of law in violation of Colo. RPC 5.5(b) and shared legal fees with a non-lawyer in violation of Colo. RPC 5.4(a). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
