People v. Parker. 12PDJ006. January 23, 2012. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended George H. Parker Jr. (Attorney Registration Number 21399) from the practice of law for one year and one day, all stayed upon successful completion of a two-year period of probation, with conditions, effective February 23, 2012. Parker failed to honor his child support obligations, and he made misstatements on attorney registration forms concerning his compliance with child support orders. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c) and 8.4(c).
