People v. Osborne. 10PDJ116. November 9, 2010. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred David Robert Osborne (Attorney Registration No. 32319) from the practice of law, effective November 9, 2010. In or about the first quarter of 2010, Respondent knowingly engaged in dishonest conduct toward his law partners and his client about the status of pending cases. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(c). The PDJ considered Respondent’s recent prior discipline for substantially similar conduct to be a considerable aggravating factor in accepting a stipulation to disbarment for his conduct.
