Vollack, sitting for the Presiding Disciplinary Judge, approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Shawn C. O’Buckley (Attorney Registration No. 32492) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective September 16, 2010. Respondent recklessly failed to diligently represent or adequately communicate with a number of clients. He also recklessly charged unreasonable fees, failed to communicate the basis his fee, and failed to safeguard client funds. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a), 1.4(b), 1.5(a), 1.5(b), 1.15(a), 1.15(b), 1.15(e), and 1.15(j).
