People v. Moore. 06PDJ030. May 1, 2006. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Respondent John Allen Moore (Attorney Registration No. 09862) from the practice of law for a period of three years, with conditions, effective May 31, 2006. Respondent neglected a client and violated his duties to four clients when he negligently: failed to communicate with his clients; commingled client funds; failed to place client retainers into his trust account; and converted client funds. Respondent’s misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4, 1.15(a), 1.15(b) and 1.15(f)(1).
