People v. McReynolds. 11PDJ061. September 23, 2011. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved an Amended Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Gregg C. McReynolds (Attorney Registration No. 11771) for thirty days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation, with conditions, effective February 18, 2012. McReynolds failed to prosecute a case on behalf of his client, resulting in the dismissal of his client’s case. McReynolds did not communicate with this client about the dismissal and instead filed an untimely motion to reinstate the case, which was denied. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3.
