People v. McBride, No. 03PDJ061. 1/28/04. Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, John F. X. McBride, attorney registration number 13365 from the practice of law for a period of ninety days, all stayed upon completion of a one year period of probation subject to conditions. Following respondent’s administrative suspension from the practice of law, he continued to practice for approximately two and a half years in violation of Colo. RPC 5.5(a). Respondent asserts he did not receive the order placing him on administrative suspension. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
